Welcome to YFYV.studio, operated by Sonic Embassy.
Because most of our products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer, we do not generally accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
Each product is custom printed and produced on demand, and orders immediately enter production once submitted.
We do not issue refunds or accept exchanges due to size, fit, or personal preference.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or misprinted area

  • A brief description of the issue

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all claims.
3. Fulfillment Partner Policy
Many of our products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners such as Printful.
In cases of production errors or damage during fulfillment, Printful (or another authorized partner) will provide a free replacement according to their production policy.
We will coordinate this process on your behalf once you submit the required documentation.
4. Returns Without Prior Authorization
Please do not return any merchandise without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, refunded, or replaced.

We will provide instructions and approval before you ship anything back.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Made-to-order apparel or accessories

  • Gift cards and digital goods

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Any product returned used, worn, or damaged by the customer

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved, we will provide details about any shipping arrangements or label requirements.
