This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered by YFYV.studio, operated by Sonic Embassy. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing & Production Times

Most products offered on YFYV.studio are made-to-order and produced by third-party fulfillment partners, including but not limited to Printful.

Estimated production time: 2–7 business days
(Production time may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.)

Orders typically begin production immediately after purchase and cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

2. Shipping Times & Methods

Shipping times depend on the destination, product type, and fulfillment partner.
Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or supply chain disruptions.
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Asendia, or local postal services.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, item weight, and fulfillment partner rates.
Some products ship separately depending on availability, production location, or packaging requirements.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (if provided by the fulfillment partner).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

5. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced or stocked at different facilities and may ship separately.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

6. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

If an order is returned to the fulfillment partner due to:

  • an incorrect/insufficient address

  • failure to claim delivery

  • refusal of the package

…additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Refunds will not be issued for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

YFYV.studio is not responsible for:

  • packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • delays caused by the shipping company

  • lost items due to theft after delivery

However, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim when possible.

If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us at studio@sonicembassy.com, and we will work with the fulfillment partner to determine next steps.

8. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We ship internationally to most countries.
International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • VAT

  • import taxes

  • handling or processing fees

These fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may delay delivery beyond estimated timeframes.

9. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery—such as damaged packaging, missing items, or misdelivery—please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
