These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “User,” or “Customer”) and Sonic Embassy (operating as YFYV.studio, “Sonic Embassy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Site located at https://YFYV.studio
(the “Site”) and the services, digital goods and products offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”) are provided subject to these Terms. By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Scope of Services
Sonic Embassy provides audio and visual production services (including but not limited to audio mix engineering, podcast production, video editing, sound design, and voiceover services), and sells branded merchandise and other goods via an e-commerce storefront. Merchandise may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful, Printify, or similar). We operate our online storefront through Wix and other third-party platforms.
3. Eligibility; Acceptance of Terms
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
4. Accounts; Security
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account; and (b) promptly update account information to keep it accurate. Sonic Embassy is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts, refuse service, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
5. Orders; Payment; Pricing
a. Ordering: All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Sonic Embassy. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing or product availability, or suspicious or fraudulent activity.
b. Payment: We accept payments via the payment processors integrated with our platform (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal). You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all payments owed. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers; payment card information is handled by third-party processors and is subject to their terms.
c. Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
d. Taxes and Fees: Prices do not necessarily include taxes, duties, or shipping charges. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
6. Shipping; Fulfillment; Returns & Refunds
a. Fulfillment: Some or all of our merchandise may be produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful, Printify). Fulfillment, shipping times, and tracking are governed by those partners’ policies and timelines. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly but cannot guarantee fulfillment or delivery timeframes.
b. Digital Goods: Unless otherwise specified, digital products (e.g., audio files, downloads, deliverables for services) are non-refundable once delivered. By placing an order for digital goods you acknowledge that such orders are final.
c. Damaged/Incorrect Items & Limited Returns: Because many goods are made-to-order, returns are limited. If your physical product is received damaged, defective, or materially misprinted, contact us at studio@sonicembassy.com
within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos documenting the issue. For print-fulfillment errors, we will follow the applicable fulfillment partner policy (which may provide replacement at no cost). For other issues, we may, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for replacement/exchange/credit, except where damaged or defective.
d. Proof of Purchase: We require receipt or proof of purchase for all claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation of content — is the property of Sonic Embassy or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, create derivative works of, or otherwise use any protected content without our prior written consent.
If you submit materials to the Site (including reviews, comments, or user content), you grant Sonic Embassy a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content in connection with the Site and our business.
8. User Conduct; Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site;
Circumvent any technical measures we use to provide, protect, or monitor the Site;
Upload or transmit viruses, spyware, or other malicious code;
Impersonate another person or create a false identity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources, or may permit you to purchase third-party products. Those third parties have separate terms and privacy practices that govern their services. Sonic Embassy is not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or actions of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share personal information, and explains users’ rights under GDPR, CCPA and other applicable laws.
11. Warranties; Disclaimers
THE SITE, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, CONTENT, AND ANY DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SONIC EMBASSY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Sonic Embassy does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SONIC EMBASSY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF SONIC EMBASSY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL SONIC EMBASSY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO SONIC EMBASSY FOR THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY; IN SUCH CASES, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sonic Embassy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) any content you submit to the Site.
14. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
a. Informal Resolution. Before filing any claim, you and Sonic Embassy agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party using the contact information in Section 1. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue other remedies.
b. Arbitration Agreement. Except where prohibited by law, you and Sonic Embassy agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or a similar arbitration administrator chosen by Sonic Embassy if AAA is unavailable). The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in the county of Charleston, South Carolina, or another mutually agreed location. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
c. Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SONIC EMBASSY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
d. Small Claims & Exceptions. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the small claims court’s jurisdiction. Where applicable law precludes enforcement of the arbitration agreement, that law will control.
If you wish to opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver, contact us within 30 days of your first purchase and request an opt-out in writing; provide your name, address, and order number. If you timely opt out, the arbitration and class action waiver will not apply to you.
15. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent a court determines that litigation is proper (e.g., opt-out of arbitration, small claims), you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
16. Export Controls
You shall comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations and will not knowingly export or re-export any product, service, software or technical data in violation of any such law.
17. Modifications to the Site or Terms
We may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion thereof with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
18. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonic Embassy regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.

All notices to Sonic Embassy under these Terms must be sent to studio@sonicembassy.com
or to the mailing address listed in Section 1. We may provide notices to you via email or by posting to the Site.
