7. Made-to-Order Products and Fulfillment
Many YFYV.studio products are made to order. Production generally begins after an order is submitted and processed.
We work with third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Printful, to manufacture and ship applicable products.
Production and shipping estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, on product pages or during checkout.
Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production capacity, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Products may ship separately if they are produced at different facilities. Your order confirmation and shipping notifications may provide additional details.
YFYV.studio remains your point of contact for customer service and order-related questions.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship orders only to eligible destinations within the United States.
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and applicable delivery estimates are displayed on our website or during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once a shipment has been handed to a carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's procedures and operating conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to help investigate delayed, missing, or incorrectly delivered orders.

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has entered production.
Returns and exchanges for reasons such as incorrect customer-selected sizing, fit, color choice, or personal preference are generally not accepted.
